EN30B

En30B is a low carbon, high nickel medium chrome alloy steel shafting which is vastly superior to any 4140, 4150, or 4340 grade of alloy steel shafting. EN30B shafting is provided in a rough turned condition to remove mill scale. Ultra sonic testing is done following DGS method (flat bottom hole reference or FBH) and ASTM A388 recommendations. EN30B is normalized, quenched & tempered and stress relieved.
