Chromium Carbide Overlay Pipe

Hard Wear Chromium Carbide Overlay Pipe was designed to handle extreme wear capable of working in the most hostile environments. We hardface Sch. 40 and Sch. 80 pipe as well as tubing. Overlay is typically applied in a single pass (1/8″) or a double pass (1/4″). Our Overlay Pipe can be fabricated into Elbows, T’s, Y’s, or long sweeps. Custom sizes are available upon request. Diameters larger than 24″ can be fabricated from formed Chromium Carbide Overlay Plate.
